Learn to Balance Your Chakras Class

Chakra Header

Chakras are circular vortexes of energy, also known as Chi, Qi or Prana, that connect the vital life force to our bodies, keeping us healthy and nourishing our mental and spiritual well-being. Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. In this class, you will learn how to balance the chakras for yourself and others. Come join us!

I became interested in chakras back when I first learned to shamanic journey. I hadn’t yet done any healing for myself or others, and was suffering from gallbladder attacks. Neither repeated trips to the doctor or medicine had done anything to alleviate the severe pain that occurred during these attacks. One afternoon, when I felt another attack coming on, I decided to balance my Heart Chakra. After about 20 minutes, I noticed the pain had gone away. Wondering if it was a coincidence, I tried it again the next time, and it worked. By balancing my chakras, I have been able to successfully avoid these attacks ever since.

From that experience, I realized when the life force energy is blocked, the body suffers, but I also discovered it is easy to unblock the chakras and restore balance.

Since then, during shamanic healing sessions, I have balanced chakras for clients, which helped restore their chakras to their natural state. Come join me for this class and learn to do the same.

Blessed journeys!

Shaman Stone Soup

The Book that will Help You Believe in Miracles!

I wrote Shaman Stone Soup after learning that some people were afraid of shamanism. This was surprising, since I had discovered through my experiences with shamanism that it offered a divine connection with enlightened beings, nature, and the loving Spirit. I have experienced many miracles in my life, and I wanted others to know that miracles occur and to believe that they could receive these wonderous gifts for themselves!

The title Shaman Stone Soup was based on the parable of Stone Soup, which demonstrates that when people give a portion of their abundance to others who lack, we create a pot of delicious “soup” that can be shared by all. A wonderful analogy of miracles!

The book includes a short, introductory memoir of how I was led to the path of miracles and 20 true-life stories based on my personal experiences and as a healer for friends, family, and clients.

In Shaman Stone Soup, I offered a view of the healing process from the “other side” by showing how spirit guides, angels, and enlightened teachers answer our calls for help through miracles.

Inside the book are stories of a ghost who overstayed her welcome, the spirits of ancient wise men who offered advice and a miraculous cure from cancer, a conversation with a hurricane and its unintended impact, the man who got out of his wheelchair to go hunting and fishing, the severing of karmic ties and its healing impact on a young college boy, a vivid dream of a pastor who needed guidance, the transformation of a schizophrenic, loving contact from my mother who died unexpectedly, and more.

Shaman Stone Soup offers a multifaceted view of miracles that is not limited to shamanism, A Course In Miracles, religion, spirituality, or lack of faith, but rather emphasizes that miracles are natural occurrences experienced by everyone.

Gold Nuggets

michael-jackson-goldLast night was one of those nights. Where the dreams were intense and the spirit guides were busy giving lessons. One dream, oddly enough had Michael Jackson in it. I supposed it was because of his recent death.

In the dream, Michael was working behind a sales counter. A customer came in and threw a brick at him. The brick knocked him to the ground. Another customer came in, picked up the brick and threw it again. Michael hit the wall, then fell to the floor. This went on for a while, customer after customer, until he succumbed to his injuries, rising up as a spirit.

I picked up the brick to examine it. Lodged in its backside were gold nuggets. The gold nuggets represented each blow that had hit him. I noticed that the crevices and nuggets in the brick had formed a map. I handed it to Michael’s spirit, then said, “Your life’s experiences have created a treasure map to be used in the next life.”

Well-behaved Kids Don’t Just Happen

“Good character is more to be praised than outstanding talent. Most talents are to some extent a gift. Good character, by contrast, is not given to us. We have to build it piece by piece by thought, choice, courage and determination.”
– John Luther

I received an email from a friend today stating how much she had enjoyed my children’s company and how well behaved they are. It’s comforting to know that others find my kids well behaved, but most importantly, that people are valuing what is inside my children.

…When I first knew you, I admired your business sense and talent (still do actually) but as I have become older and my priorities have become more clear to me, I most admire you for what you have given of yourself as a mother to assure that the two young lives entrusted to you are raised so that they will have great character and strong values. If I were to say that Savannah and Zach are beautiful children both inside and out, that would sum it up perfectly.

I hope that when other people see my children who are happy and well-adjusted, that I inadvertently promote a more holistic and maybe even a shamanistic approach. An approach that has raised a son who formed a “worm club” to save worms every morning at the bus stop from drying out on the sidewalk. And a daughter, who yesterday carried a bug outside the house instead of squishing it. When I see these actions in my kids, I know they have learned values about life and love that have been built over time. Hopefully, they will go forth as adults to promote healing just by being loving.

Blessed journeys!
